ING won the prestigious “Best of Belgium” trophy for its “Manager of the Year – Do your thing” sponsorship at the Belgian Sponsorship Awards, held this evening in Brussels. With this award, ING will have the privilege of representing Belgium at the prestigious “Best of Europe Awards” organised by the European Sponsorship Association (ESA) in London.
The jury rewarded the case as a bold example of combining a B2C approach with a B2B event, backing its new tagline and accompanying strategic approach in Belgium: “Do your thing”. Making Jack (the dog) the mascot of the campaign was original and provided a conversation starter for ING’s commercial team. The ceremony took place at the Docks Dome at the close of the SponsorLive, the European Sponsorship Association Summit conference.
