Thank you for entering the Belgian Sponsorship Awards. All sponsorship campaigns taking place in Belgium during the 2025 calendar year are eligible for consideration for an award.

The entry system is simple and straight forward. The deadline for entries is 12pm 8^st March. The judges will then invite nominated cases to present to the jury on Friday 2^nd April.

This will be a 10-minute online presentation, followed by 10 minutes of questions from the jury. Nominees will need to present again at the SponsorLive Conference.

The audience will then vote live for the Coup de Coeur award. The Belgian Sponsorship Awards ceremony will be held on 23^th April following the SponsorLive conference at the Proximus Lounge in Evere, Brussels.

Entries include one entry ticket at SponsorLive and cost €375 per entry or free to sponsors of SponsorLive.
